Mission Statement

 

Our mission statement is:

'To deliver quality, reasonably priced schoolwear and associated products, both online and in a friendly and well stocked store'

 

If we ever slip below our remit please email us at shop@brendas.uk. Of course some aspects will always be subjective, we will always look for the best product that can be obtained for the outlay and that it will be fit for purpose and give you longevity in use.

We aim to be well stocked all year around and if anything is ever out of stock, bar supplier stock delays, we will aim to have back in within a few days.

Our staff are there to help in any way they can, in a friendly manner, with the utmost efficiency. During peak season this is often tested but most of the time they will still be friendly and smiling!

Website orders placed before 3pm will be dispatched for delivery next working day, subject to stock, and click and collect orders we aim to be ready within 24 hours but usually they are ready with 2-3 hours.

We aspire to a clean, organised, well lit store, with items all within easy reach and clear and concise labeling on shelving. All schools have a dedicated zone with the schools core elements grouped in one area. Larger bulky items, such as jackets, are kept in the stock room.
